In 2011, the farm celebrated it’s 50 anniversary… The name of the farm comes from the first landowner in the 50’s. But we owe M. Jean Marty, the farmer, the fresh fruits and vegetables as well as the market. Today, half a hectare is cultivated by Julien, Leo and Sacha since 2009. You will find the usual veggies which you can expect in a farm: carrots, potatoes and all kinds of cabbage, but the Budé Farm also offers some exoticness with Swiss kiwi and artichokes depending on the season. What we prefer? Their selection of tasty tomatoes. Tuesday, Friday and Saturday food markets also display a variety of local cheese, fish from Geneva’s Lake, eggs, etc. An ideal way of food shopping with kids & co.
