Cheesemonger Fromagerie Michelin

Our very first address in neighbouring France, and when it comes to speaking French, it’s a Big cheesy story! For Mr. Michelin, cheese is above all a family affair: his parents being cheesemonger, he passionately learned all there is to know about the business before working for various entities and farmer markets until 1995 where he started to make his very own cheesy specialties. The Comté (to die for), the local Morbier, and the little St-Point (a bit strong smelling but very refined), are only a few of his home-made delicacies that can be found in his store. But not only… You’ll also find the best cheese selection in the region as well as charcuterie, farm-fresh eggs, cream and butter. In short, your diet is not welcome.

PS: although I have been a faithful client for many years, I was never offered anything, not even during the holidays. May I also add that the final bill is very precise: 12,09€, 31,47€. Don’t expect to be treated otherwise.
