Gimme danger

On the 4th of November, it’s time to kick out the jams and turn the amps up to 11. The Geneva International Film Festival Tous Ecrans opening will screen a documentary from Jim Jarmusch: Gimme Danger, staring The Stooges (Swiss Premiere). Iggy Pop and his band who burst out of Detroit in the late 1960s making music that was rawer and rougher than anything you heard on the radio.
5 Big reasons to watch the movie:
1) You love rock and roll. 2) Iggy Pop and his outrageous behaviour on stage. 3) Jim Jarmusch’s talent (Palme d’Or in 1993 for a short movie, Grand Prix in Canne in 2005, etc.). 4) Shirtless incredible dances. 5) A few moments of grace with Lou Reed and David Bowie.

Friday, November 4th @ 9pm
