I Support Street Art

If you ask me, I consider I Support Street Art as the bible of street art. Estela, 4BLU (aka Stephane) and Philipp are the Big amateurs of street art; in 2010, they created a Facebook page dedicated to the street (like many others) which is their gallery. But the only difference (and unlike many others) is that I Support Street Art takes the concept one step further by interviewing artists and offering a glimpse of what happens on city walls during festivals or exhibitions ALL OVER THE WORLD (even in our city!). After more than 89’000 followers, I Support Street Art decided to have an official presence on the web and created a blog, bringing to light the fine talents of global street art.
Their Motto? “The art skills of anonymous and famous artists that interact with mostly urban environments to express themselves, are fascinating. Through art, street walls have become expression platforms for thousands of people in cities with millions of by passers enjoying them. Walls with Symbols, Irony, Emotions, Colourful or black and white creations are taking over the art scene. Art is no more in Galleries and behind closed doors. Street Art is on the rise, in every city and every neighbourhood. THE STREET IΣ OUR GALLERY”.

One may contact I Support Street Art, or share pictures to publish by email (see below), Instagram, Twitter or Flick.
And since I had the change to speak to the founders, they would like to take this opportunity to thank Aqualoopa for their logo as well as Ligone, Mark Goss, AC 3 Monitor, Blouh, JULYi for making this project come true.

Do read and contemplate during a rainy Sunday in Geneva.
