To all the Mo Bros and Mo Sistas out there, the event you’ve all been looking forward to is upon us! This first of November (Sunday) from 1 pm to 6 pm, rendezvous at the Nébuleuse Pop up Bar, 26 Rue de la Corraterie, Geneva.
Movember’s kick-off event is the place to be to meet all other participants and engage more people to join. Everyone is invited!
For those who are already registered, please confirm to the email below and reserve your clean-cut shave that will be carried out by professional barbers during the event for free.
For the location, Mathieu Jacquesson from The Square has found us a unique spot; a 2-floor house right in the center of Geneva! Word through the grapevine has it that this event is not to be missed!
Street Gourmet has kindly agreed to grace us with their presence, their tasteful sandwiches available for purchase, whilst a Pop up Vintage store will be available for boys and girls to buy trendy clothing.
To quench your thirst, Nébuleuse bar, a microbrewery in Lausanne has made a special brew for Movember called the “Brewstache”. It’s a Rauchbier – with a strong wood and smoky flavor as well as a dense foamy head (perfect to make foam moustaches). Also, in partnership with Jameson a special ginger cocktail concoction is to look out for the event. The greatest news about this event is that all the money raised will go back to the Movember cause!
On a final note, among hundreds of companies, the month of Movember is also supported by HUG (Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève) who will be opening its doors for the whole month of Movember, offering free medical check-ups for men every Wednesday from 13.30 to 16:30.
