Le VG

Did you know that there is a historical place in Geneva where 300 people can eat fondue at the same time? Welcome to the restaurant Vieux-Grenadiers! Located in an old relay station, the locale is an homage to the Societé des Vieux-Grenadiers – a patriotic “guardian” of democratic principles. Chef Christian Mignot prepares his acclaimed filets de perches, fondue and a variety of colourful salads, but we admit to having a weakness for the Malakoff’s. The VG is available for private events, and come summer their terrace beckons. A nod to our senior Bigs: every tuesday a tea dance is organised. Boy are our grandparents excited!
