The kitchen of Andrei’s restaurant only prepares freshest local and organically grown produce, as well as naturally raised meats and sustainable seafood, for your HEALTH and PLEASURE.
Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails was founded by entrepreneur Natalia Olenicoff in memory of her late brother. She was inspired by his “creativity and exuberance – especially in the kitchen and behind the bar”. Way before many of us, Andrei was very aware of the impact that nutrition had on his health. His restaurant therefore only serves the best local and organic ingredients, thanks to chef Gomez.
Chef Gomez’s answer is pretty straightforward when being asked what is his goal?
“Make people happy”.
Count 20 bucks for Andrei’s chop salad: Organic Field Greens, Roasted Chicken, Cucumbers, Avocado, Tomatoes, Corn, Candied Walnuts, Goat Cheese, Dates, Cornbread Croutons, Sherry Vinaigrette (yummy), and a wide selection of gluten-free or vegetarian dishes.
On the cocktail menu, the Georgia Peach is served with peach purée, champagne, and crushed ice, although you may want to treat yourself with an All-American – apple & winter spice-infused bourbon, and aromatic bitters.
Personally, I’d go with El Fuego cocktail made of pineapple-infused Silver Tequila, if you ask me.
