The Juice of Guita

A powerhouse of nutrients!
Celery is known for its hydrating properties and contains antioxidants and vitamins. Ginger possesses anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits, while lemon adds a zesty kick and is rich in vitamin C. The cucumber and green apple contribute to the overall refreshing taste and provide additional vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:
4-5 celery stalks
1 medium cucumber
1 green apple
1 lemon (peeled)
1-inch piece of ginger

Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
Chop the celery stalks, cucumber, and green apple into smaller pieces, making it easier for the juicer.
Peel the lemon and ginger.
Feed the celery, cucumber, apple, lemon, and ginger through a juicer.
Once all ingredients are juiced, stir the juice well to combine the flavors.
Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately.

Mangoes are rich in vitamins A and C, while bananas provide potassium and dietary fiber. Coconut water is hydrating and contains electrolytes, and the addition of spinach or kale boosts the juice’s nutrient content.

Ingredients:
1 ripe mango (peeled and diced)
1 ripe banana (peeled and sliced)
1 cup coconut water (unsweetened)
1/2 cup fresh orange juice (optional)
A handful of fresh spinach or kale (optional, for added nutrients)

Ensure all fruits are washed and prepared.
In a blender, combine the diced mango, sliced banana, coconut water, and optional fresh orange juice.
If using spinach or kale, add it to the blender as well for an extra nutrient boost.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
If the consistency is too thick, you can adjust by adding a bit more coconut water or orange juice.

1-2 stalks of celery (optional, for added freshness)

Wash and peel the oranges, ensuring no seeds remain.
Peel the ginger and chop it into smaller pieces for easier juicing.
If using carrots and celery, wash them thoroughly and chop them into smaller chunks.
Feed the oranges, ginger, carrots, and celery (if using) through a juicer.
Once all the ingredients are juiced, stir the juice to combine the flavors.
Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately.
