La Fabrique

If you want to experience happiness and cheerfulness, you might as well stop by this bistro on any gloomy day.
Entrepreneurs Patrick Bartolo & Philippe Rielle have dreamed of a bistro where they could gather their friends and clients, with simply good food, good company and good wine. And trust us, that is something rare in Geneva. They welcome you in a bed & breakfast ambiance, (without the bed though), where you will feel at home, only so much better. Better because the head cook prepares the plat du jour with passion. His motto: magnify a marvellous product such as the
jamón de bellota. You will not need a menu but will enjoy a true inventory of culinary experiences at a little price (and that is also rare in Geneva).
In the evening, whether you attend its afterwork or cosy diners, try the tuna duet or local cheese and find your own happiness. Cherry on top of the big cake: you can enjoy La Fabrique in many big ways! Have breakfast (8.- for a coffee from Naples or tea, orange juice and pastries), lunch or diner and even a Saturday salty (22.-) or sugary brunch (18.-).
Heaven, I’m in heaven, and my heart beats so that I can hardly speak
