This foodie joint opened a few weeks ago and is often sold out! But 16 bar chairs are waiting for you in case you forgot to book in advance. Come alone or with friends, Bombar is really the place to socialise with a cool attitude and a great surrounding.
The vintage tiling on the floor matches perfectly the industrial design of the place. You’ll feel quite at ease in a blink of an eye. Have a seat and let’s order, shall we?
Chef Florian Le Bouhec is well-known among foodies of Geneva and with this new bistro, he definitely proved us that when it comes to cooking, he knows exactly what to do. Each week, Bombar’s menu has new suggestions following 2 principles: simplicity and refinement. Back to basics: for exemple, perfectly grilled and seasoned vegetables (12CHF), Vitello tonato (24CHF) or breaded sardines with a tartar sauce (10CHF). Order as much as you want and enjoy the flavours.
As for drinks, the wine is either natural or organic and is really the king of beverages of the menu; but you can also enjoy a large choice of beers and the usual cocktails.
