Let it be said: Philippe Pascoët is not just a chocolate master but a poet – only his prose is composed of chocolate with surprising aromatic notes. Originally from Brittany, the poet came to Geneva to learn the national know-how and won the 1st prize for best chocolatier in 2008.

His imagination knows no bounds; chocolate with rosemary, saffron coriander, mint, basil, coconut, and passion fruit are only a few of his delightful combinations. Need a takeaway after a hard day? Our prescription:  Fondant au chocolat to go and reheat at home. Deliciously Big!
