Open Day

Launched in 2005 by David Lynch himself, the filmmaker’s foundation helps prevent and eradicate trauma and toxic stress through Transcendental Meditation.

David Lynch has been practicing this type of meditation since 1973, every day, twice a day. He is not the only one. For Arianna Huffington, this meditation allows her to make better decisions and be more creative. Scorsese and Seinfeld are also Big fans among many others.

Inside every human being is an ocean of pure, vibrant consciousness, when you “transcend” in transcendental meditation, you dive down into that ocean of pure consciousness. You splash into it.  And it’s bliss.” — David Lynch

To find out more, meet us on June 14th at the Swiss office of the David Lynch Foundation. Registration is required and if you have any questions, Leonard is at your disposal.
