After the panettone, the Dolce & Gabbana and Fiasconaro collection is enriched with another pastry goodness typical of the Italian tradition: the Pasqua Colomba, a universal symbol of peace, friendship, and rebirth.
There are three new baked items available in a box specially designed by Sicilian artists who were inspired by the white and blue majolica of the island.
- Colomba with Sicilian chocolate drops covered with wild strawberry jam and dark chocolate, with Sicilian chocolate cream to spread (1 Kg – 800g + 200g Sicilian chocolate cream)
- Colomba with fresh candied orange covered with icing and Sicilian almonds (150g)
- Colomba with Sicilian chocolate drops covered with icing. (100g)
The Fiasconaro family is a story that begins in the 1950s in Castelbuono, a small town in the Madonie Park in Sicily, and remains in Castelbuono. The three brothers – Fausto, Martino, and Nicola – have chosen to keep their headquarters – the mind and heart – of this exciting adventure of the Sicilian High Pastry.
The ingredients of the Fiasconaro pastries are carefully selected, favoring the typical productions of Sicily: from pistachio to oranges, from Modica chocolate to apricots, from almonds to the precious Madonie Manna. A continuous search for ancient and genuine flavors, an authentic expression of the island’s peasant tradition, combined with the most rigorous controls of each supplier and each individual supply.
