The restaurant The Hamburger Foundation just launched a new concept located in Plainpalais: THF Red Label. It’s pretty much like a food truck inside a restaurant and the quality of the burgers remains the same (we promise!). However, service is made from the counter. Just drop by, order, sit down and wait patiently. No reservation. As for the burger itself, THF Red Label will ONLY serve the new Red Label burger made of two thin patties of 75gr instead of the classic and bigger one served in the restaurant in Pâquis. To cut the story short: if you feel like having a burger, anytime between 11.30am and 11.30 every single day of the week, drop by the THF Red Label. Or look for the food trucks or head straight to Pâquis if it’s closer!
