Last week, we met with one of the coolest guys in Geneva. His name is Henri and at Henri Gouzer’s Oyster Bar, we eat oysters. But not any kind of oyster, only the best, imported directly from Brittany (where he actually lives). Every week, depending on the catch of the week, Henri, the oyster farmer from Carnac, provides an oyster tasting at 20.- and let’s us sit at his wine bar. Going to Henri’s is a bit like going to a speakeasy. Subdued atmosphere so you can better seduce your lover, Henri organises after-works from 5pm on and makes us forget all our professional problems. Go fish for it!
