The mansion we are about to present, is cradled in the Coudrée bay, on the South of Lake Geneva. It was built at the end of the 19th century and has been renovated with exquisite taste. You may rent it all year round and in the summer, the lake will be ALL yours with a private access.

The mosaic floor matches perfectly with the vintage furniture spread around the big house: the place is perfect for a week-end away from the city and only 35 minutes drive from Geneva. The view? Right in front of you, our Lake which seems endless. 15 lucky people can rent the house for a short or long period of time and share the 5 rooms across 2 floors. A few treasures are present in the house: a fireplace, works of art signed by the LuLúxpo, a wooden staircase… People with authentic taste will fall in love with the authenticity and audacity of the place and the way it was decorated.
As for the surroundings, the sandy beach of Excenevex can be reached by foot as well as the Hotel de la Plage to enjoy lunch or dinner where Claude Lelouch did his movie “All that for… this?”.
