Lake Geneva PERFECT summer house

The mansion we are about to present is nestled in Coudrée Bay, on the southern shore of Lake Geneva. Built at the end of the 19th century, it has been tastefully renovated. Available for rent year-round, the mansion offers exclusive private access to the lake during the summer.

The mosaic floors perfectly complement the vintage furniture scattered throughout the expansive house, making it an ideal retreat for a weekend getaway, just a 35-minute drive from Geneva. The view? Right in front of you is our seemingly endless lake. The house can accommodate up to 15 guests, with five rooms spread across two floors, available for short or long stays. Among the house’s treasures are a fireplace, artworks signed by the LuLúxpo, and a wooden staircase. Those with a discerning eye will fall in love with the authenticity and boldness of the decor.

The surrounding area offers additional attractions, including the sandy beach of Excenevex, which is within walking distance, and the Hotel de la Plage, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the location where Claude Lelouch filmed “All That… for This?”.

Wondering where we’ll be this summer? We’ll be dipping our feet in Lake Geneva—and the good news is, so can you!
