Located in the center of the Halles de Rive food-hall, the Bistrot des Halles is an ideal place for your business lunch; even though many regulars meet with friends or family there as well. Flattered by red benches, the place is yet intimate, surrounded by a kind of glass walls to get away from the hubbub of the food-hall. Woodwork and dark gray, in all elegance. A Belle-Epoque spirit.
The service is ultra-efficient and you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome.
You will soon realise that the place is known for its refined cuisine à la française: bone marrow, Malakoff, the classic Caesar salad with chicken, veal kidneys with mustard Domaine des Oulaines, homemade roesti, Pig from Jussy, Simmental beef ribs … Fondues from Mullet or Bruand, fish of the day (from Deli and Lucas fishery). All products are homemade and come from local producers.
The Bistrot des Halles is also known to be the perfect place to meet; it does not follow any trend but remains a sure bet, with a Big smile on top. Open from breakfast to after work through lunch.
