The Big Brunch

Upon reservation only, the Grand Brunch takes place seven Sundays per season. You will sit in the foyer of the Grand Théâtre de Genève and enjoy one of the best brunches in Geneva.

The Gourmet Brothers have therefore moved to the Grand Théâtre de Genève for a Sunday Grand Brunch. Seven Sundays per season, meet your friends or family in the foyer to sip a Bellini while listening to music and enjoy a menu worthy of a palace.

Opened in October 2020, the Grand Brunch of the Gourmet Brothers offers a cold and hot brunch menu, as well as an assortment of drinks: roasted figs with mild spices, whipped ricotta and walnut tuile; Liège waffle with a topping of your choice (we obviously chose caramel); scrambled eggs, slightly creamy as they should be, with truffle oil or with salmon; A basket of delicious pastries, selection of cold cuts and cheeses… and the (many) Bellini(s).

During this Big Brunch, talented artists will perform a musical interlude to awaken each of your senses. Upcoming musical brunches:
