The cozy store of H&M Home in Geneva is exhibiting since March 18th local designers and artists. Here’s a recap after our little shopping session:
- Kariokas (picture above)
Kariokas founder Pamina grew up in Switzerland and France. She is inspired by South American patterns and colors to create wallpapers and textile accessories that remind her of her origins and a certain “joie de vivre”. Kariokas refers to the people of Rio de Janeiro – Cariocas. Swiss, French, and German manufacture.
Emmanuelle Engeli founded Forêt Bleue, a brand of natural cosmetics in 2017. Daughter of a beautician, these cosmetics are handmade in Switzerland and with respect for the environment.
Alice Izzo is an illustrator and graphic artist, co-founder of Studio Les Amazones, a Geneva-based creation and exhibition space where you can get a tattoo.
Contemporary artist and illustrator based in Geneva, Aurore creates a symbiosis of an urban universe with clean lines and the roundness of nature, in natural colors.
Graphic artist and illustrator, Nicolas won the Grand Prix Création Romande in 2010 among many others.
Francesca was an architect before becoming a floral artist. Her mission: may her flowers make you as happy as she is. Little extra: her floral workshops are worth the detour.
