Adventurers in time, pioneers of mechanics, mad scientists and timepiece lovers alike get together “amongst friends” in this gallery dedicated to the art of passing time. Opened by Maximilian Büsser—creator of watch brand MB&F—the MAD gallery (Mechanical Art Devices) is a creative arena where horological and artistic machinery—created by artists worldwide—cohabitate. Eric Giroud, Serge Kirknoff, Philippe Loup, and Isabelle Chillier to name only a few. The work of photographer Denis Hayoun inaugurated the gallery’s concept early in the year showing a series of 8 photos paying tribute to kinetic artist Jean Tinguely, “A Vision of Tinguely’s World”.
