If you are looking for simplicity and quality, you’ll find it at Maple’s restaurant. The waiters are food experts and almost everything is produced nearby, which is quite reassuring. You still have doubts? There’s only one way to prove us wrong.
We were very surprised, to say the least, when we went fussy about the burger, wanting to know more about it. The waiter talked with passion about the sophisticated flavour of the Swiss meat, on which you will find a piece of perfectly melted cheese, all of this combined with fresh salad and tomatoes.
As meat lovers, we were also intrigued by their homemade sauce, some kind of a remixed béarnaise sauce. You can feel the estragon, but it’s subtle, almost subliminal. No need to say you will love dipping the crispy fries into it, or, let’s take a walk on the wild side here, eat it with your fingers.
