Tip for the night owls

From July 1st to the 2nd, the night owls will gather for the 17th Swiss hiking night. In the moonlight, if the weather permits, they will walk with a guide, the paths of our country in search of shooting stars and nature’s shadows.

In 2006, the Association Suisse Rando launched the very first nocturnal hike. From simple walks by the river or in the light of wild plants, you will find the right one for you.

The closest night hike to Geneva runs along the sentier de la Morges; suitable for families, it lasts 2-3 hours to discover this valley between vineyards and the lake.

My favorite is the wildlife spotting in Diablerets as it includes a sunset aperitif at the top of the Arpillette.
