Café Zinette

In 1945 Marie-Louise Detholiaz—a.k.a. mademoiselle Zinette—transformed the bakery-café on the corner of avenue Eugène Lance into what has become an unparalleled locale. Since 1999 Matthieu Mayor & Olivier Froux were able to keep the original Café Zinette spirit alive with simple but exquisite food: 5 appetizers, 5 main dishes, 5 desserts, Each of which we’ve ordered at least 50 times. Upstairs, on the terrace or at the communal table, each niche exudes happiness. And when we miss old Zinette we just go on over to her little epicerie and find all her specialties. Also available by phone or email! Simply Bigette.
