Le Dix-Vins bistro

Among 100 bistros in Carouge, (yes, really!) we unanimously choose the one which so divinely carries its name. Gourmet and authentic, René Fracheboud, the owner of the bistro Le Dix-Vins, has not ceased to surprise us since his opening in 2003. Scallops with saffron, his entrecote, mille-feuille with strawberries, foie-gras with pear compote, and last but not least: the wine is served at the correct temperature, which believe us, is rare in Geneva!
