In 2002, way before the proliferation of (bad) sushi shops in Geneva, Stéphane had the Big idea to open Misuji. You won’t find fois-gras or moussaka maki, only authentic, made-to-order sushi. In 2008, Stéphane welcomed his friend Laurent and together they opened a 2nd Misuji shop at 57 av. de Champel with the same respect for Japanese tradition.  Stéphane’s better half being Japanese, they don’t mess around with sushi! Catering and take-out also available.
