Thrive is the fourth album by French-British pianist and composer Jean-Philippe Riopy. Self-taught, Riopy’s music evokes this inner strength that guides us and leads to positive evolution.

For this new album, Riopy has added string instruments for the first time to accompany his lifelong companion: the piano.
The result is symbiotic.

Thrive is about moving forward despite our wounds.
Thrive is about walking one step at a time despite our fears.
Thrive is about focusing on the present, despite our past and not knowing the future.

So here’s a suggestion for this weekend.
Lie down, preferably on the freshly cut grass that smells so good.
Turn on the music.
Close your eyes.
Let yourself be carried by Thrive.
And think of the people who love you, just the way you are.
