The ice-cream of M. Rohr

One day, Hans Rohr took his bike and rode into Geneva (because it was much cheaper than the train) to start work at the 44, Bd Pont-d’Arve. At the time, he was just an ordinary employee but he soon became a chocolate master when he bought the boutique from his own boss on the 1st of March 1936.

Today, his son Henri continues the tradition which we all know about; however, as summer is coming, I won’t be writing about chocolate. I’d rather refresh you with a few words dedicated to Rohr’s homemade ice cream.

Lemon, green apple, orange, peach, enjoy it on the spot or bring a piece of Rohr’s frozen heaven without artificial coloring or preservatives at home.
