Attention all foodies: this catering service will surprise even the Biggest of gourmet connaisseurs! A graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière of Lyon, Manu learned his trade with Gamma Catering in Zurich and in Italian restaurants before becoming the chef at Flux Laboratory. Often surrounded by artists and musicians, he strived to incorporate a pictorial aspect into his work which will be soon published in a helvetic cook book –  where you’ll find local recipes revisited with just the right touch of audacity. A Globetrotter, each trip is an opportunity for Manu to push his tastebuds to the next level while searching for new savors and interpretations of food. His specialty: cocktail parties. His know-how is also availbale privately in your own kitchen!
