Guest of honour of the Geneva International Film Festival Tous Ecrans, Anton Corbin will receive the award Film & Beyond on November 13th at the Cinemara Empire: a tribute to his amazing career as an artist. This is a unique opportunity to view his latest movie “Life” where photographer Denis Stock (Robert Pattinson who finally decided not to play vampires anymore) is asked by Life magazine to take a picture of a man who will become a legend: James Dean (Dane DeHaan). On November 13th, we won’t be in 2015 as the movie will take us back to 1955.
And that evening, Anton Corbin will start with some music at 5.15pm with the screening of his video clips including Personal Jesus for Depeche Mode, All these things that I’ve done for The Killers, Mama Said for Metallica and Heart-Shaped Box for Nirvana, to name only a few. The screening of his movie Control will follow, which tells the story of Ian Curtis, leader of the British band Joy Division.
What a night my friends!
