You could have thought that the proud strip club owner of John Cassavetes’ movie The Killing of a Chinese Bookie (1976) was coming into town but Cosmo Vitelli is the nickname of Benjamin Boguet, a renown DJ of the French electro. In 2004, he created his own label – I’m a cliché – “a balanced mix of club hits and home songs, reverence to the past and experimentation, obstinacy and volatilty” and has just released a new EP called the “Last Train to Marzahn” (Marzahn being the locality within the borough of the depressing East Berlin). If internet is your only friend, you might want to watch his latest video-clip….
Cosmo Vitelli will be the LuLúxpo’s special guest on Saturday, June 4th… be there or be square.
Saturday, June 4th from 11pm
Zoo, Place des Volontaires 4, 1204 Geneva
Entrance 15.-
